Brochures: I produce a beautiful four or 8 page colour brochure, highlighting the key features of your home, as well as a large number of high quality pictures.  The purpose of these brochures is to remind the buyer of the special features they liked in your home compared to the other 10 houses they visited.  This way we overcome their information overload.
Open Houses I maximize exposure to your home by advertising my open houses both in the key real estate newspaper supplements and by targeted mailings. I provide additional information, such as financing options, to visitors to my open houses.
Yard Signs with a Difference: Our Century 21 yard signs are the most visiblle and elegant in the industry. To make viewing of your property easy we advertise your special URL on all our yard signs.
Print Ads: We feature our listed properties in “Homes and Land” magazine, a high quality full colour real estate magazine that is distributed throughout the Thompson Okanagan area, as well as selected sites in the Lower Mainland and Alberta.  These properties are also featured on the Homes and Land website, yet another cyberspace portal. Your property will also be featured in the MLS® Review.
