Luke Cook

Personal Real Estate Corporation

lukeWhen people say, “That Luke really knows about homes!” they’re correct. Before he started his career selling homes Luke made his living building them.

Like many residents of the Okanagan, Luke was born elsewhere and moved to this beautiful valley. Originally he came from the tiny community of Uxbridge located North of Toronto. Luke and his brother were raised to love and appreciate the great outdoors. They spent every moment possible skiing and riding mountain bikes. It was this love for the outdoors that prompted Luke to move out West after he graduated with his Red Seal in Carpentry.

At the age of 25, Luke started buying investment property in Vancouver. He sold my first property and was able to buy many more and extend his reach all the way to Calgary. Much of his success in the world of buying investment properties came from being able to recognize a home’s potential.

Luke and his wife lived in Vancouver for 7 years. It was after having their first child and one on the way they decided to move to Kelowna. They had always loved to visit and thought it would be a great place to raise their kids.

Luke started his real estate career in 2011, by creating a team that was quite successful, at first. Their strength became their weakness. Because of their success they grew very quickly but their organizational processes hadn’t been designed in advance. That rapid growth meant it was hard to keep the high level of service Luke wanted to be known for and insisted on. He left the team to go on his own and uphold reputation for excellent

Shortly after that, Luke met Dean Desrosiers and his capable assistant, Robyn Muccillo, and an organizational structure to tie things together. In 2014 they joined forces to form the Desrosiers Cook Team. After considerable success in 2014 and 2015, achieving the Century 21 Team Centurion award, a decision was made to join forces with another very successful team, The Bo Knows Homes Team.

The new Bo Knows Homes Desrosiers Cook team combined synergies of both teams and in their first 6 months they were recognized and the #11 Team for Sales in the Century 21 Canada organization. In less than their first full year, they achieved Team Grand Centurion status, the highest award for teams in the Century 21 organization. Luke looks forward to working with all his past clients, as well as future clients to provide a great and successful real estate selling or buying experience.

Here is what Luke’s clients say:

We did three deals with Luke and we would absolutely work with him again. Not only was Luke compassionate to our needs, he even had answers to questions we hadn’t asked yet! Our home was listed and sold in record time. Marv & Char

Away from work, Luke can be found tearing up the mountain biking trails and wakeboarding behind his boat on Okanagan Lake in the warmer (and sometimes not so warmer) months. In the winter months, he can be found shredding the slopes and the trees on his snowboard and skis. Luke is an expert in both and has taught both skiing and snowboarding.
